Again shot in Vadim’s home studio but this time by David Burton. Blade didn’t want anyone to see his face on the cover (again) so the hood was pulled down over his eyes for this sleeve. See the early design for an un-hooded shot with a slightly different layout which was also later used for a Carhartt ad.

I initially only had a contact sheet to scan photos from so they came out blurry and dark but I quite like the effect. As this was a double A side Mark wanted two covers so I made a Blade side and a Mark B side.
