This was the only full release artwork I did for Worm Interface and the only release from Tom Jenkinson (aka Squarepusher) on the label. As I was working in the shop at the time and had got Tom to do his first remix of the ‘Scratch Yer Head’ track for ‘Refried Food’, I got the gig doing the artwork. Tom bought the photos round and we laid it out in an afternoon, not much fuss, minimal design, just making sure he had what he wanted. The cover image reminds me a bit of the subway scene in ‘A Clockwork Orange’
