The dutch editions of these were artworked by Dick ‘Miffy’ Bruna – who did a tonne of other ones for The Saint, Havank, James Bond and others. These seem very similar so could be Dick. TBH you should check out his other stuff as it’s very very good. Sadly he died last year.
